Made-to-order items are handcrafted especially for you and have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks.
Do you offer bespoke orders?
Yes. We love creating bespoke pieces. If you're looking for a particular fabric, size or style, please get in touch, and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £100.
Can I return my order?
Ready-to-ship items may be returned in line with our Returns Policy. Please note that bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
How do I care for my lampshade or cushion?
To help your handmade pieces look their best for years to come, we recommend that you have them professionally cleaned or handwash at your own risk. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help.

Do you sell lamp bases and shades separately?
Yes. Many of our lamp bases and lampshades can be purchased individually, or you can choose one of our Beautifully Paired ready-to-ship sets that have been carefully matched for you.
