Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Sent back within 14 days of your return being agreed.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
Bespoke & Made to Order Items
As many of our products are handmade or created to your individual requirements, bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
