A characterful lumbar cushion made in the iconic William Morris Strawberry Thief design, with a beautiful blue ground and a playful pom pom trim.
The front is made from 100% cotton Strawberry Thief fabric, one of William Morris’s most recognisable designs. Birds, strawberries, foliage and flowers wind across the soft blue ground, with touches of mulberry, warm gold, cream and green bringing richness to the pattern.
A pom pom trim in gold, soft grey and mulberry runs along the sides, picking up the colours within the print and adding a lovely decorative detail.
The reverse is made in Aldsworth Ticking, a classic striped fabric woven from 100% Indian cotton. Its warm neutral stripe complements the detailed Morris print beautifully and gives the cushion a second, quieter side for styling. As a natural woven cotton, the fabric has subtle slubs and variations which are part of its character.
Finished with a concealed zip, the cover measures approximately 22” x 14”. For the generous, plump shape shown in the photographs, I recommend a 24” x 16” feather pad, available as an optional extra.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the character of patterned fabrics, slight variations may occur between pieces, making each one unique.
Care: Fabric items are professional clean only. Lampshades should be gently dusted with a soft, dry cloth or lint roller. Keep away from excessive moisture and direct heat.
